1. Definitions
"Website" means digital content on www.allmice.com/blank-outline-maps.
"Adeenas" means the company Adeenas OÜ registered in Estonia under Register code 10706907, whose registered office is at Puhkekodu tee 65-12, 12015, Tallinn, Estonia and who is the seller and copyright holder of the Products on this website since December 2020.
"Product" means any digital map image copy provided on the Website.
"Customer" means the user of the Product.
"Fee" means the fee paid by the Customer to access, download and use the Product.
2. Permitted Use of the Product
Subject to the payment of the Fee and subject to the restrictions in Clause 3 the Customer is granted a licence to:
2.1. use the Product and reproduce it for their own personal and / or business purposes;
2.2. print and make back-up copies from the Product on any computer system for the purposes of Clause 2.1.;
2.3. adapt, copy, modify, or create derivative works based upon the whole or any part of the Product.
3. Restrictions of Using the Product
3.1. The Permitted Use of the Product set out in Clause 2 is subject to the following restrictions:
3.1.1. the Customer will not sell any part of the Product to third parties;
3.1.2. the Customer will not distribute the Product to third parties for sale or resale whether as part of a package or as a separate product; and
3.1.3. the Customer will not rent, lease, sub-licence or loan any part of the Product to third parties.
3.2. The Customer has the license to use the the Product without restrictions in Clause 3.1 for teaching purposes sharing the Product in a printed form or in case of digital form with no bigger dimensions than 1400x1000 pixels. If the Customer as a an educational company (or other educational legal entity), wishes to use the Product for many teachers at the same time, then the Customer shall buy one Product per each teacher.
3.3. The Customer has the license to derive from the Product new products without restrictions in Clause 3.1, if the derivatives are different enough from the original Product.
3.4. By using the Product in a way, described in Clauses 3.2. and 3.3., the Customer must assure, that its clients, pupils, students or other third parties are still following the restrictions in Clause 3.1. and that these third parties DON'T use the Product or any derivation of it in a way, that may be competitive with Adeenas. The Customer must assure, that the use of its purchased Product shall NOT be in any way competitive with the map store on the Website.
3.5. If the Customer is unsure whether its plans to use the Product are subject to Clause 3.1 or not or if the Customer needs to use the Product for any other exceptional plan, then the Customer should contact Adeenas. By contacting Adeenas in such case, the Customer should describe the plans to use the Product to get Adeenas's opinion and agreement to use the Product for such purposes.
4. Ownership
Adeenas shall at all times retain ownership of any original digital map image of the Product and shall at all times have control of any Product according to the Terms and Conditions, which are stated here.
5. Product and Liability
5.1. Adeenas will use its best and reasonable endeavours to correct any defects in the Product in a timely manner.
5.2. Adeenas will not be liable for any loss of any kind including lost profits or other consequential losses arising from the Customer's use or inability to use the Product and / or the Website.
5.3. It remains the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that any part of the Product is appropriate and complete in all respects for its intended purpose. Adeenas gives no warranty that such material will be fit for Customer's intended purpose.
5.4. No liability shall attach to Adeenas, for loss or damage of any nature suffered as a result of the use of the Product or for any errors or inaccuracy in the contents of any part of the Product.
6. Refunds
6.1. Adeenas operates a refund policy which shall, at all times, be subject to the discretion of Adeenas.
6.2. Any Customer wishing to claim refund shall contact Adeenas for further information not later, than 15 days after placing the order.
6.3. Orders with value less than $5 will not be refunded and $5 as refunding administration cost will be deducted from any other refundable order sum.
6.4. The Customer shall not have used the Products of an order for no other purposes, than testing them for Customer's needs before claiming for refund. The Customer is not permitted to use the Products of the order under refunding claim during the time period between sending a refunding claim and getting reply about it. If the refund is agreed, then the Customer must delete the Products of refundable order from its computer systems and has no right to use them.
7. Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement (Terms and Conditions) is governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall fall within that jurisdiction.
