2. Extract the file

Go to terminal window.

Go to the directory, where the file was downloaded:
cd /home/[your_user_name]/Downloads

Extract the downloaded file:
tar -zxvf allmice-cms-classic-edition-v-1-2-4.tar.gz
The part "v-1-2-4" of the file name can be different depending on what version is stable at the moment of downloading the file.
